In 2020, Assisted expanded its reach with the acquisition of another agency; Auburn Creative Limited. This helped bring a wider service offering to the existing Assisted customers and to those in the future.
We now run the three established brands as one business and by integrating our teams, we use our collective experience and reputation to offer a specialist solution for our customers.
Assisted Ltd was created with a specific aim: to specialise and improve customers’ online visibility. The team consists of dedicated specialists who work closely with a broad range of clients. Our latest merger is with My Mustard, a Hemel Hempstead-based agency that specialises in search and social media services and has been since 2007. They work with dozens of clients who know that Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, Mobile, YouTube and Gmail campaigns are key parts of their marketing strategy and outsource their campaign activity to the My Mustard team for efficiency and peace of mind. My Mustard clients also enjoy the benefits of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pay-per-click advertising opportunities.
