Paid Search Manager

Full Time Leicester Up to £50K (DOE)

Assisted is a multi-channel performance marketing agency that has experienced significant growth of the last 9 years since being founded. We are now a multi-million-pound agency with over 25 experts working across 60 marketing clients. Our client services include SEO, PPC, Social, Web and Email Marketing.

PPC plays an important part of our integrated offering and therefore, we’re looking for someone with proven experience to join our expanding and exciting digital agency. You will be able to quickly interpret briefs, communicate well with clients and deliver the highest standards with a good level of autonomy.

Experience in both SEO and PPC would be pretty awesome, but we’re really looking for someone who is proactive and has endless enthusiasm for assisting the team in our PPC approach as well as themselves. An eye for detail and the ability to be both technical and creative would be beneficial.

With our head office in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. Hybrid working is expected as part of the role with two days minimum required from our office space.

Excellent commercial understanding is vital along with knowledge across all search channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account and campaign setup of PPC clients
  • Ongoing day to day auditing and maintenance of PPC campaigns for a portfolio of clients
  • Development of PPC campaigns for better performance
  • Account management where required
  • Ensuring client accounts stay within set budgets and are always maximising opportunities
  • Pulling together data and analysing performance for reporting

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ Paid Search experience – digital agency background is also required
  • A strong understanding of key PPC concepts
  • Dynamic with the ability to move from task to task quickly
  • A creative & commercial thought process
  • The ability to interpret briefs quickly
  • The ability to work as part of a team & be flexible when required
  • Proven experience of working on a client account from set up to post-campaign
