Alongside the launch of the latest version of the Lyle and Scott website, the team at ASSISTED. created a set of newly refined GA profiles and in the process archived the old data into an easily digestible convention.
Second to the GA profile work, we also helped Lyle and Scott understand how the recent changes to the website had affected the engagement of their customers, reviewing in detail the dimensions and metrics available to us in Google Analytics platform.
The team at ASSISTED. spent a lot of time understanding which results have been impacted positively and negatively based on the recent changes to the site. We then broke this down into landing pages, traffic sources, devices and location.
By providing granular detail around each section of the website we were able to provide commentary and a set of recommendations to help improve on the current technical status.
