We are currently looking for an ambitious digital project manager with enthusiasm, endless energy, and commitment to deliver digital projects on time and on budget, working well as part of a team and adapting to a range of brands and industries. Supported by and working closely with the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for leading several key accounts providing insights and opportunities for account growth and development, whilst maintaining profitability and sustainability for the business.
● Successful delivery of web projects on time and budget for our customers
● Managing client’s expectations and pre-empting client contact
● Managing external contractors and in-house staff resources, ensuring they deliver on time and within budget.
● Develop and improve methodologies and processes, using automation
● Head up the web support function, handling all incoming support requests via telephone and email and
scheduling appropriately within the team planner and keeping clients informed of progress
● Test and drive quality through everything that is released
● Work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively
● Work effectively with other departments to build an integrated strategy
● Organise and host client briefings and update meetings as required
● Effectively set up projects within our task management tool and allocate responsibilities within the team
● Proactively seek out further opportunities within client projects
● Accurately Interpret client goals and strategy into actionable activities
● Assist with inputting copy, finding images and rallying around to get the job done
● Snagging and quality testing of development websites
● Relevant A-Level, BTEC, NVQ, degree or similar
● Excellent knowledge and experience of project delivery within a digital environment
● Flawless time management skills
● Creative & commercial thought process
● Ability to interpret briefs quickly
● Ability to work as part of a team & be flexible when required
● Dynamic with the ability to move from task to task quickly
● Commercial understanding of the entire digital marketing mix

● The ability to speak with authority, knowledge and conviction
● Willingness to roll up sleeves and muck in to get the job done
● An understanding of WordPress and Shopify as a development platform
● 2+ years of relevant digital project management within a full-service agency environment
● Specific project management qualifications are not essential but a natural flair for organisation with the
ability to get things done is essential.
● Previous hands-on experience as a web developer would be advantageous
● Experience with Agile methodologies and PM tools would be a distinct advantage.
● Starting salary – £35000-£45000 pa (depending on experience)
